3. Account Registration

To use PostPrism, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on your plan
• Credits are included with your subscription and reset monthly
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period
• You may purchase additional credit packs that expire 30-60 days after purchase
• Refunds are available within 7 days of initial subscription

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have rights to use
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute generated content without proper attribution

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. By using PostPrism, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing our services.

Generated outputs are owned by you, subject to any applicable third-party rights in the source material.

7. Limitation of Liability

PostPrism is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PostPrism after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
